These terms govern your use of Crew Rivals, the team quiz by Kuiksoft. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you accept them. How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Who can play
You must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age required by the law of your country to use online services without your parents' permission. If you are younger, you may only play with the consent of your parent or guardian.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for anything done with it. If you play as a guest, save your account (email, Apple or Google) so you don't lose it if you change phones.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings or from this page.
How the game works
- Every day, each player plays one round (5 questions and a minigame), and the team's score is the average of its whole roster.
- Leagues are weekly, with 5 teams from all over the world. The game day and week run on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the same for everyone.
- When there aren't enough real teams, leagues are filled with automated teams that play by the same rules. They are marked as such in the standings.
- We may adjust the rules, scoring, questions and minigames to improve the game. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
Fair play
- Play your round yourself: you may not use programs, cheats or modified versions of the app to earn points, or multiple accounts to take up spots.
- Team and player names may not be offensive, discriminatory or sexual, or impersonate other people or brands. We use an automatic filter and review all reports.
- If you break these rules, we may cancel scores, change names, remove a team from its league or suspend the account.

Content
The texts, questions, minigames, graphics and sounds in Crew Rivals belong to Kuiksoft or its licensors. You may use them only to play the game; you may not copy or sell them. The questions have been carefully reviewed, but if you find a mistake, please let us know.
Service and liability
Crew Rivals is free and is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running at all times, but there may be interruptions or errors. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes and end of service
We may change these terms; if a change is significant, we will let you know in the app before it takes effect. If we ever shut down the game, we will announce it in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
